He says COVID 19 has changed everything.  We have to take things as they come, be prepared for anything.  The most important thing for a company is to be cash-rich, that’s how we face unforeseen.  The fragrance industry has also been hit just like other industries. We feel that e-commerce and small grocery shops will have an upper hand in sales and hence the need for a brand will increase as customers know exactly what they want to buy. During these tough times, consumers’ buying habits and media consumption changed, and thus it is important to comprehend the needs of the customer. The COVID-19 pandemic has created a serious unpredictable situation.

People around the Globe are facing various mental annoyances and natural fragrances are proven to ease them out. Hence, there’s an increasing demand for natural fragrance ingredients overseas, especially for incense sticks fragrances such as FengShui, Aromatherapy and Lavender.
