HDFC speciale ‘Meri Kahaani Meri Zubaani’ features MDPH director, Mr. Anshul Agrawal

MDPH Director Mr. Anshul Agrawal was recently featured in a special documentary series by HDFC Bank "Meri Kahaani Meri Zubaani". Their episodes pertain to the success stories of prominent brands in Indore and Bhopal, that have made a significant mark in their respective industries. 

HDFC also partnered with the Indian English-language daily newspaper-The Times of India to honour and congratulate business leaders for their achievements and to celebrate their success. As part of this initiative, Mr. Anshul Agrawal was also featured in TOI's article "Acknowledging the Efforts of Indore Entrepreneurs", dated 26th Jan 2022

In his interview, Mr. Agrawal spoke with Vineet Vyas, the host, about the inception, the journey, and the success of MDPH’s flagship brand, Zed Black. He commended on his father, Mr. Prakash Agrawal’s career as a businessman, and the foundation that was laid 30 years ago by him, with the support of the women in the family. Mr Agrawal highlights that his grandmother and mother have been, and will continue to be integral to their path to prosperity. MDPH stands today as a true-hearted family business by all means, and together, they pride in a largely female workforce in an organization of 4000 employees.

As the director of the second largest incense sticks manufacturer and exporter in India, Mr. Agrawal envisions a roadmap of becoming the leader within half the decade. The prudent and visionary Agrawal family, hopes to build a perpetual organization, as generations pass, with MDPH slowly becoming a part of every facet within households.

Besides, discussing his hobbies, Mr Agrawal also mentions the importance striking a balance between work & leisure in spite of a preoccupied schedule.
